About Faselbräu
FASELBRÄU WAS BORN IN 2017, BRINGING LIFE BACK TO THE MÖRFELDER FASELSTALL. OUR FERMENTED CREATIONS EMBRACE THE HISTORY OF THE STABLE WHILE PUSHING THE BOUNDARIES OF GERMAN BEER DRINKING. WE ARE A HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM OPERATING A NANO-CRAFT BREWERY WITH THE MISSION TO CREATE BEER WE ENJOY AND SHARE IT WITH A COMMUNITY OF FELLOW BEER LOVERS AND EXPLORERS.
AT FASELBRÄU, WE BREW FRESH, FRUITY AND POWERFUL SMALL BATCH BEERS. SOMETIMES WE ADHERE TO THE REINHEITSGEBOT AND SOMETIMES WE DON’T. WE PRODUCE A VARIETY OF STYLES AND FLAVORS INSPIRED BY OUR CRAFTBEER EXPERIENCES FROM THE U.S.A. TO AUSTRALIA AND WE EXPERIMENT WITH DIFFERENT REGIONAL INGREDIENTS TO DEVELOP NEW CREATIONS.
ALL PRODUCTION IS PERFORMED ONSITE BY HAND USING NATURAL INGREDIENTS AND THE FRESHEST HOPS SOURCED DIRECTLY FROM OUR FAMILY'S FARMS IN THE HOLLEDAU.
