Faselbräu was established in 2017 by a German-American family, bringing life back to the Merfeller Faselstall. Our fermented creations embrace the history of the old breeding stable while pushing the boundaries of traditional German beer culture. We are a husband and wife team operating a Nano- Craft Brewery with the mission to create beer that we enjoy and share it with a community of fellow beer lovers and explorers.
At Faselbräu, we brew fresh, fruity and powerful small batch beers. Sometimes we adhere to the German Purity Standard and sometimes we don't. We produce a variety of styles, inspired by other favors and traditions we have learned through our continuous beer experiences from the USA to Australia. We experiment with different regional ingredients to develop new creations with local farmers and gardeners, rescued bread and new strains of yeast to develop new creations.
All production is performed onsite by hand using natural ingredients and the freshest hops sourced directly from our Cousins' farms in the Holledau.

Are you looking for a fun activity for you and your colleagues, friends, family? Bring your crew to the Faselstall and for a relaxed and interactive atmosphere. Our brewery is designed for community with a taproom, lounge, plenty of beer benches and a playground and fountain just outside the front gate.
Or maybe you need beer for your own gathering at the office or home? We can also come to you!

BEER TASTING
There is a story behind each brew. Our tastings are the perfect way to have fun and learn something at the same time.
