Holunder is a Kettle Sour Beer Infused with Elderflower. With a floral nose and tangy taste, it was intentionally soured in the mash tun for 36 hours to naturally produce Lactobacillus. This is the process used to Berliner Weisse, but no syrup added here, instead we use the flower power of Elderflower. Sauer macht lustig!
Holunder is the second in our FLOWER SOUR SERIES, which consists of various KETTLE-SOUR BEERS, which were hopped with FLOWERS.
