Hibiskus is a Kettle Sour Beer Infused with Hibiscus Flowers. Pink in color and tangy taste, it was intentionally soured in the mash tun for 36 hours to naturally produce Lactobacillus. This is the process used to Berliner Weisse, but no syrup added here, instead we use the flower power of Hibiscus. Sauer macht lustig!
Hibiscus is the first in our FLOWER SOUR SERIES consisting of various KETTLE-SOUR BEERS that were hopped with FLOWERS.
